Here you can enjoy traditional Bohemian cuisine prepared after recipes of our Grandmothers. Excellent Czech and Moravian wines, unconventional but cozy interior and attentive service accopany great taste experience. And in addition there is summer terrace with barbecue and draught beer during warm and sunny evenings.
Chef Petr Kopáč is very much devoted to simple dishes made from fresh ingredients. He often tests old Bohemian recipes, though giving the dishes modern touch. While compiling menu for Koppernik, he found his inspiration by our ancestors, who were able to use fully all that nature provided.

Petr also actively promotes Czech cuisine. In 2008, he delighted the taste buds of picky Muscovites and in 2010, he enjoyed great success in Buenos Aires, where he participated on promotion of the Czech Republic at invitation of Czech Tourism Authority.
